Through this partnership, CarePath works with patients, healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, organizations, and healthcare partners to improve patient engagement, remote monitoring, medication adherence, and digital healthcare delivery.
By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the CareAide mobile application or any related CarePath services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.
